All pre-finished hardwood flooring comes with 8 layers of transparent PU lacquer. The top layer has anti-scratch with UV resistant finish Treffert®. Fire resistant finish available by special order. All unfinished hardwood flooring comes ready for jobsite finishing. Follow manufacturer instructions on proper floor preparation, sealer and finish application for best possible result.

Installation
Product must be acclimatized for at least two weeks before installation. Moisture content can adversely affect floor if not acclimatized properly. Installation must be done following National Wood Floor Association guide lines. For more information go to www.nwfa.org

Product Delivery and Inspection
All hardwood flooring is Premium Quality clear grade, unless noted on the invoice as Select & Better. Wood color, tone and grain pattern may vary from samples due to this is a natural product that will contain variation . All product must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any discrepancies or damage must be written down on the bill of lading before signing. Arimar International Corporation can not be held responsible for any damage, unless specified on the bill of lading. All returns or refused shipments must be approved by Arimar International Corporation.
